Established in 1998 Linley Enterprises is a full member of NABAS, the National Balloon Association.  Lynn Boyes, proprietor of the company, has a City and Guilds qualification in balloon design and display and the company has plenty of practical experience in event decoration. Based in Windsor Berkshire we provide a friendly, reliable and affordable service to suit your budget.

We offer free local balloon bouquet deliveries to Windsor, Old Windsor, Datchet, Bracknell, Maidenhead and the surrounding areas for all orders over £20. Naturally we will be happy to come further afield as well.
